Zeal Salon Policies
We give our guest a 10 min grace period, guests that arrive more than 10 min after their schedule appointment time may be subject to a $25 late fee. In some cases when guests arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time we may have to reschedule and may be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact the salon if you find yourself behind schedule.
We send all of our guest two confirmation messages within 48 hours prior to their appointment times. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of; 50% of the total owed for the services blocked for your appointment. When canceling or rescheduling less than 8 hours of your appointment you may owe a total cost for the services blocked for your appointment time. Your deposit will automatically go towards fees and any remainder balances will be do before services on your next visit.
If you are canceling or rescheduling outside of salon hours, we ask that you reschedule through your confirmation email to avoid these fees being applied if we receive your request outside of salon hours.
Guests that don't arrive or properly cancel their appointments are considered "No-Show" and may be subject to paying the full amount of the services reserved for the scheduled appointment before booking their next appointment. Because we are aware that things do happen this fee may be waived or reduced to cancellation fee depending on situations and appointment history.
For safety reasons we do not allow children in the salon unless they are being serviced.
No pets are allowed for any reason.
No eating is allowed in the salon area.
We also ask you to bring earphones to use as an audio device, and while using cellular and other devices you are mindful of other guests.
Color & Extension Services
ALL permanent color and some extension services require a consultation. Please contact the salon during normal business hours if you would like to do a virtual consultation
Zeal Salon is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color procedures. Please consult with your stylist.
Because we are unable to get our time back from the services we provide all services are non refundable but we will try our best to accommodate any unsatisfied guest.
