Zeal Salon Policies
Guest that arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may have to reschedule and be subject to our cancellation fee or forfeiting deposits that may have been made. Please contact the salon if you find yourself behind schedule.
We send all of our guest confirmation messages at least 24 hours prior to appointment times. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in $25 cancellation fee, and when canceling or rescheduling within 8 hours of your appointment you may owe 50% of the total cost for the services blocked for your appointment time. Your deposit will automatically go towards fees and any remainder balances will be do your next visit.
Guests that don't arrive or properly cancel their appointments are considered "No-Show" and may be subject to paying the full amount of the services reserved for the scheduled appointment before booking their next appointment. Because we are aware that things do happen this fee may be waived or reduced to cancellation fee depending on situations and appointment history.
Due to COVID-19 we ask all guest wear mask, sanitize their hands, and wear gloves during your visit.
For safety reasons children are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced. (During the first phases of reopening we are not allowing any guest that are not being service.)
No pets allowed for any reason.
No eating allowed in the salon area.
We also ask you bring earphones to use as an audio device, and while using cellular and other devices you are mindful of other guest.
Color & Extension Services
ALL color and extension services require a consultation. Please contact the salon during normal business hours if you would like to do a virtual consultation
Zeal Salon is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color procedures. Please consult with your stylist.
Because we are unable to get our time back from the services we provide all services are non refundable but we will try our best to accommodate any unsatisfied guest.
Our goal is to create an optimum experience for every guest, ALL of our policies and procedures are to help us in achieving this primary goal.
